Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter 4 Has Another Delayed Release

This comes as no surprise.  Lil Wayne’s highly anticipated next album, Tha Carter IV has been pushed back again.  Tha Carter 4 album is now rumored to having an August 29th release date. We’ll believe it when we see it.
